I captured this picture at my families thanksgiving dinner, this was taken right before my dad took the turkey out of the oven, and my grandma was asking if my parents needed help so I told her to turn around and smile for a picture. I cropped this photo because as you can see in the bottom left corner there is some steam so I added the white effect around the edge to kind of blend in with the steam. I brightened the blue in this picture to make my grandmas undershirt pop out through her white shirt. I also captured this photo because I'm very thankful for my family, and them always being there to support me through everything.

I captured this photo right as the sun was shining on the trees. The sun made the colour of the leaves just pop out and they stuck out to me more than the other trees. I did not do much editing to this photo because nature is beautiful without filters and being edited. I cropped the photo because there was a building blocking half of the trees on the right as you can see the bottom right corner has a shadow covering the trees making the leaves a darker colour from all the other leaves. I took this photo because I'm thankful for all the beautiful things in this world, nature has its own beauty to itself.

I captured this photo of my friend Josh while he played the piano, I was sitting there and listening to him play, I decided to take the photo like this because you can see how all his fingers are bent and on separate keys. I made the photo black and white because I felt like the filter goes good with the keys on the piano. I'm thankful for music and all the different instruments, I also have always wanted to play the piano so I enjoy the sound of the piano much more than any other instrument.

I captured this photo while I was walking by the river with a few friends, and I thought the sky looked very nice and I loved how the sun shined and made one path on the water. Editing this picture I darkened the contrast to make the shadows darker. Some of the shadows didn't go as dark as I wanted them too so I took my burn brush and darkened some of the shadows to make them pop out more. I also lowered the exposure and that also darkened the picture and make the sky get that hint of purple in it.

I captured this photo while I was in Muskoka Woods, I thought the shadows on the ground made the water and sky pop out more than usual. For editing this pictures I brightened the blue to make it pop out more also. I also lowered the exposure so that made some of the shadows darker and that helped make the blue pop out more.

I captured this photo while I was at my friends cottage, this was around 10;30 in the morning right after we woke up and ate breakfast and then my friends sat down to enjoy the view. I darkened the shadows in the picture and adjusted the blue to change the colour of the sky and water to make it look more clear and vibrant.

This photo was taken while I was walking through a trail to get to my friends house and the leaves just stuck out in front of my face and they looked pretty cool cause all the green still peeking through. For editing this picture I lowered the exposure a tiny bit, I raised the contrast, and lowered black and white. Also I increased the presence of this picture by increasing the vibrance and the saturation. I increased the saturation of the colour yellow to make the leaves pop even more and decreased the blue to make the rocks darker.

I took this photo while a group of friends and I went pumpkin picking. We went around 11 am so the sun was out and shining bright and made the pumpkins glow. I didn't do much editing to this photo because the pumpkins are all different colours and shades and it was difficult to change the saturation or vibrance of the photo. So all I did for editing this photo was darken the shadows to show them more and make everything else look brighter.

I captured this photo of my friends jeep, for editing this picture I increased the contrast and the saturation of green and red. Theres 2 reasons why I took this photo, first reason I really liked how the leaves on all the trees were different colours and weren't all green. The second reason is because I really love jeeps so I always take pictures of her jeep, and this one just popped out to me because of all the colours in it.

I captured this photo in my friends living room while her and I were watching movies, so the light inside the pumpkin stuck out more than usual. For editing, I increased the contrast and the colours white, red and orange. I decreased the highlight priority to darken the edge of the photo to bring the light out more.

This photo was captured at my cousins house, we were just outside with the new puppy and took a bunch of pictures of the dog. This one is my favourite so I chose to use it. While editing this photo, I increased the contrast and the colour orange. I also decreased the colours white and black, I did that because the white house in the background was bright and you couldn't see the detail of the rocks.

I captured this photo as my friends and I were carving our pumpkins, we carved our pumpkins in my friends backyard so if we made a mess, we didn't have to worry about ruining and carpet, floor, or even a table. For editing this picture I decreased the highlights and shadows but increased the vibrance of the photo, doing that it gave the photo a darker theme but also made the pumpkin guts stick out more that I got on the ground. I also increased the saturation of the orange so the pumpkins wouldn't blend in with the shadows.

I took this photo of my friends dog Tucker, he came up to me and just put his head on my knee and looked up at me like this. I thought it was a cute pic because the way he looked up at me and how his ears went. For editing I cropped the picture to cut out some of the carpet and my leg.

I captured this photo while giving my friend Kim's dog, Chevy a piece of cheese. Chevy just came back from getting a nice fresh hair cut. He loves cheese so we always give him cheese because it always makes a perfect picture because he looks so happy.

I captured this photo of my dog, Chica i took this picture as she spotted a bird in the tree. Her little teeth sticking out is my favorite part of this picture.
